    Hi Craig,
    I'm following along too.
It's interesting to see something being done that I haven't seen before.
    Regards,
    Alan

My Carbon turned up during the week so this morning I finished the Vapor Canister.

First fill the canister till you have about 3/4" free space at the top.

Then insert the foam filter cut our previously.

Tilt the canister and push the carbon over to the side that is under the fixed grill pushing the foam up against it.

Then fill it up all the way.

And put the filter in so it sits under the outer lip of the canister.

Put the grill that was cut out before back in and glue it in place.

        Then insert the external filter.

          Final test of the operation.

          1) Vacuum on the PCV barb.
          2) Ported vacuum on the carb barb.

Valve Closed - no fumes evacuated on carb barb

Valve Open - fumes evacuated on carb barb

            Thanks for the update again.
What type of glue did you use?
            Regards,
            Alan

              Hi Alan
