I have a question about assembling the seat covers on my 67 seats. Does the wobble wire go between the burlap and the seat springs, or do the seat springs go between the burlap and wobble wire?
This wobble wire is what holds the wire clips from the seat cover, through the foam and burlap. Unfortunately, the picture in my assemble manual is unclear about this.

Looking from the back of the seat it goes seat frame, burlap wobble wire.
If you look at your old burlap you'll see the impression of the wire.
