Hill Award

Just wondering: if I obtain a C4 that has already passed PV with a previous owner, is that still eligible toward a Hill award? Or would I need to start over again, as its new owner?

The award description onsite here is rather vague. All it says is that the 97% Flight, PV, and 97% Flight at National all must occur within a 3-year period.

Awards by previous owners are not transferrable, (with the exception of star/bowtie)...you have to start all over again under your ownership

I'd kind of figured. That'll up the meet budget - and the stress level for the PV also!
