I think that two to three weeks is a reasonable time for mailing. Lot of paperwork after the meet for the judging chairperson

Just have a comment to make to avoid any unfounded accusations or misconceptions from those who might read your post.
I suspect the $20.00 fee was for mailing of your award received if you did not attend the awards banquet not for mailing the score sheets. Mailing of the score sheets is a function of the event judging chairman/host chapter of the event that happens with no charge.

Jerry, I was at Joplin too and also have not received my sheets.

Last year at the Des Moines Regional, they came in a few weeks. It's only been 13 days since Joplin. Trust me, the judging chairman for the meet is working hard to get that done for all cars that were judged at the meet. They'll be here before you know it.
