60 Fan Shroud and Fan color/gloss

Has anyone used any of the Quanta Products Resto Chassis Paints and if so what is the color/gloss of the fan, and what is the color/gloss of the fan shroud for a 60 Fuelie.

the site list the paints as such...

System 5 Frame and Chassis Medium Black Paint
Applications: Corvette: Frames, subframes, and chassis blackout operations

Engine Compartment Semiflat Black Paint
Applications: Corvette: Firewalls, wheelwells, the underside of hoods, etc.

System 5 Flat Black Spray Paint
Applications: Corvette: Use this flat paint where low glare is required

System 5 Bracket Black Semigloss Paint
Applications: Corvette: Bumper brackets, transmission brackets, fan blades, control arms (A-arms), trailing arms, power steering assembly, starter, fan pulleys and battery frame

System 5 High Gloss Black Spray Paint
Applications: Corvette: Radiators, air cleaner bases, steel wheels, voltage regulator covers, Transistor Ignition amplifier housing

There is a post to the correct color and gloss for most everything. I have attached it . I cannot remember who posted it but it covers everything and very informative. My apologies to the original poster for not remembering his name.

Phil, I have that but was asking more what the Quanta colors relate to the GLOSS NO GLOSS FLAT SEMI FLAT wordings...

I also did not see the Fan Shroud till I read the list a few times it was sort of tucked under the one statement... and that shows semi, Also I would not agree with the chart as Gospel, example clearly I can see the radiator bracket on my car is not painted fully it cleary has some black but the inside where the radiator goes has primer and black paint misted over top and not fully coated.

I guess I will search also for what I am seeing here and there as the BLACK OUT PROCESS... sounds like the black for that was done on car after some major components were in car already?

Wayne -

The (semi-flat black) body blackout process was done in the Paint Shop; the only "major component" in the body at that point was the radiator support.
