65 Convertible outer door window seal

I purchased a set of 1965 convertible outer door window seals from CC. But they was not the correct ones they came with two rubber seals with holes, The stainless was flat on top instead of being the round bead like the original ones, The stainless didn't have any holes in it.

Is there anyone out there that know where I can fine a set of Left & Right side outer door window seals that is correct for 1965 Convertible. THANKS

Brenton -- one of these should be correct for '65, according to the AIM UPC 1, Sheet K11. Package shows 3826870 which is the right side door wipe (seal). It has RH cast into the rubber at one end.

I think the other is one of a pair off a '63 convertible I had 30 years ago, with the tack welded clips and the stapled rubber strip. The '63(?) has a rounded bead as you describe, but the service '65, while still round, tends to flat on the top (visible part, when installed).

Checked my '65 conv. and it's rounder than the GM service, but less than the '63 (?). My '65 coupe is flatter (like the service part) which may indicate I replaced a long time ago, and can't remember. Hope this helps in your search.

      Brenton,

Got my seals through Keen Parts. Would be my guess there's only one manufacturer of the seals with most repoppers selling the same seal. Mine had I believe had 4 holes in the rubber from what I remember. Keep in mine I purchased seals only and reused my stainless trim.
