67 tinted windshield

Who makes the closest to original tinted windshield for a 67? I'm also concerned with getting both the correct logos & date codes with the fewest deductions. Looked thru archives , but wasn't able to come up with a good source TIA Al

Al,
OEM Glass does a good job with date codes and logo but as far as tinting I think it is still a lost cause as far as judging goes. The fade or parting line is too distinct and will almost always get a deduction from anybody you get your glass from. This may have changed recently since I got mine from OEM a couple of years ago but I doubt it.
I didn't want tinted glass on my 66 but there was a six week minimum wait for untinted when I called to order mine but they could ship the tinted in a week.
We put this windshield in at a Carolinas NCRS chapter Nuts & Bolts meet and I got the class on tinting from some very experienced members.

Thanks Peter, I bought a few windshields from them back in the early 90s, but wasn't sure how they stacked up today. Al

Al,
Quality didn't seem to be an issue for the guys at the Nuts & Bolts and there were some very experienced guys at that session. You know how the guys like to pick so I'm sure if there were any issues with quality somebody would have started.
