      And looking at it, I thought it was narrow, or at least narrower than the one in my 1970. It has been a while since I have seen and fondled that jack however. I do have it on my list to measure the width of the saddel though. I do own a couple of rulers -- I just don't bring them to NCRS meets as a matter of course.

      I just think having a measurement in the TIM&JG would be a plus.
