Sorry Dave -- it is not mine. I just saw it for sale in the swap meet at the Joplin Regional and took these pictures. The jack was folded up and I didn't want to handle it to see the date. I had no desire to purchase it, and would not have taken it if it were given to me.

I did want to measure the top, so the "narrow" v "wide' could be defined a little better, but I couldn't find anyone with a ruler.

And looking at it, I thought it was narrow, or at least narrower than the one in my 1970. It has been a while since I have seen and fondled that jack however. I do have it on my list to measure the width of the saddel though. I do own a couple of rulers -- I just don't bring them to NCRS meets as a matter of course.

I just think having a measurement in the TIM&JG would be a plus.
