Operation Judges and meals

Just curious why the Operation Judges aren't usually included in the "judges" breakfast and lunch meals? Just asking.......

I would say it is this way due to the operations portion of the flight judging is completed on the day(s) prior to the cars being moved into position for flight judging at the regional and national level meets.

I have been to probably 25 plus Nationals, 140 plus Regionals, uncountable chapter events.

I guess you better qualify the terms “usually included in the judges breakfast and lunch meals” I have been to probably 25 plus Nationals, 140 plus Regionals, uncountable chapter events. I may be able to remember one or two events where the operations judges did not get fed.......

Then I must have been to the two meets where they went hungry!

The only word in my post that could be more clearly defined would be "usually" (most but not all). Normal proceedure the OPERATION judges do not get a meal ticket. However there have been occasions where the team leader had a couple extra tickets and generously gave them to the OP's judges.

Not true, Operations is part of Flight Judging, assuming that Breakfast and Lunch is being fed on the day in question then operations judges get to eat just like the other judges. If meals are not being fed that day then probably no one got breakfast and lunch not the team leader or the PV judge or the event judging chairman.

and I suspect this was the case.
If Ops judging is 1-2 days prior to other judging there may not be any lunch for anyone.
