1981 Aluminum wheel de-coding

I assume aluminum wheel numbers are not judged since they can't be seen without removing wheel. I am curious, however, about the numbers. My '81 wheels have the following numbers:

• Cast-in: KH or KHN 101072
• Cast-in: 14018395
• Stamped: eight digits
• Stamped: four digits, starting with P
• Stamped: four digits, starting with S or 2 (not a clean stamp)

Questions:
Are the cast-in numbers the correct part numbers?
Where is the date captured in the stamped numbers?
