59 Parking Lamp - is there a difference between left and right?

What is the difference between the left and right parking lamp assembly. I have one but need another and i'm not sure which one to order and the catalogs indicate there is a left and right side.

If there is a GM part number on it, numbers ending odd are for left side evens are right.

Yes there is a difference from left to right. Look on the back side they're marked. Rich

The mounts aren't symmetric. The one you've got should only fit one side.

Set the one you have in the hole in the valance of your car. It will quickly become obvious if it fits or does not.
