When to torque mid year suspension?

I am in the process of completing my rolling chassis on a 64 convertible. The engine and drivetrain are installed. When I installed the front and rear suspension, I did not torque any of the bolts or nuts.
With the weight of the chassis on the tires, do I have enough weight to torque everything, or do I need the additional weight of the body?

    Neil -

You don't want to torque any of the bushing bolts until the car is fully assembled, on wheels, with the suspension at normal ride height, as noted in UPC 3 and UPC 4 in the Assembly Manual.

Wait until the chassis is fully loaded with a trimmed body. Would not hurt to wait a few days after you get the body on and all the trim in. Let it settle as much as possilbe

I'm performing the same task in the comming weeks. How does one tighten everything with the car on the ground? I'm not a "little" guy.
