    I'm on my second set of Michelin Pilot Exalto A/s 215/65 R15 tires which are H speed rated. I have never had any problems with these hitting the fenders, etc and when I go through the little test radar stations on the side of the road, they show the same speed as my speedometer as exact as I can read it. Also my springs are all original so I don't think anyone would have any problems with these tires hitting the fenders if the car is stock.
