    T-10 shift lever

In an attempt to semi-organize my T-10 stuff, I piled it on the floor and started. I found what-believe-to be is a 57-8 shifter lever - no provision for reverse lockout, etc. The shifter is 10" long overall and the shft itself tapers off from the base to where the threads are.
I also found another shifter that appear to be in the same family, except that it is 11 3/8" long overall and the thickness of the lever remains constant at o/a 1/2" in diameter top & botom.
Any ideas of what shifter B might have benn used in? Thanks.
