There's a "dry cycle adjustment" sticker that goes on the top of the windshield washer reservoir. Where on the top is this sticker placed?

Re: "Dry Cycle Adjustment" Sticker on Washer Reservoir
Christopher,
I do not have an answer to your question, but I have a question. Where did you locate that sticker? (I have not found any at the common corvette parts places)
Thanks,

Corvette Central item number 261420. $3.50.
There's also a decal that goes on the heater cover fresh air inlet housing that says "APPROVED INSP. 124." (Paragon item number 8274.) Anybody know where on the cover that one goes?- Top

Re: "Dry Cycle Adjustment" Sticker on Washer Reservoir
The second is relatively easy to answer. That was applied by hand at GM. There is no 'correct' location. It varied with human factors and considerations like what specific inspector, what shift, Etc.
So, on this simply get it where judges can see it and I'll bet you dollars to doughnuts, you're good to go.
Now, why isn't the answer for the dry wipe label as easy? Well, this one wasn't installed by GM. It was bundled with the finished assy supplied to GM by Trico. I know I don't know if there was a 'correct' place/position for this one and/or whether it changed with time (the lid's color and the 'Co-ordinated' emboss did)...
My hunch is the label would have been on the pump's control assy at/near the dry-wipe adjusting screw and NOT on the plastic washer lid adjacent to the pump control, but that's my best efforts guess, eh?- Top

Chris, Found your answer for location of the sticker. See pictures from my original 62 #0029. I have not had the car that long and seeing your thread peaked my curiosity to go check and see what I had. Can't read anything on the sticker. Coming up on 50 years old.Last edited by John F.; September 18, 2011, 10:45 AM.- Top
