Winter never ends

Woke up to a new 6 inch dump today. A week ago we had an all-time record single day snowfall. Worst winter in memory in Alberta, Canada.

Checked tire pressures yesterday, so I'm ready .

Notice those tracks halfway down the driveway; it's our local herd of about 6 deer. They usually pass by anytime between 5 and 8am.

Yeah, it was a bit chilly here in Florida today. Only got up to the low 80's.

BRRRRR. I had to get a sweater out.

I feel for ya. That's something I'll NEVER miss since I moved to Florida. As an old time Floridian told me, you never have to shovel heat.

Amen on Florida. Waking up to one beautiful day after another one tends to forget the past and our friends up north who would treasure having just one day like ours to wake up to.

The last time I heard the name Alberta was back in grad school when this prof went up there to play, I mean teach at UA, that was about 1980 or so, he wanted me to pile my 66 that was in a full Body off resto process onto a truck and go up there. I think when I found the summers were from July 1 to July 4 I stayed back here. I hear the wheat is good though, he used to make some really good home brewed ale in the lab

Hopefully winter is soon done for you..we had a cold one but not that much snow..you probably got as much snow today as we got all winter..I hate to say it but I mowed the lawn today.

And I thought we were the last ones with snow! 2" left here and there, along with plenty of sand on the roads still. Tough winter in the Adirondacks as well!

I think that we finally got rid of winter in Massachusetts. At least I hope that we did. I put all of my snow removal equipment away. In afew days the lawn will need mowing.

Don't forget, it no longer global warming, its climate "change".

Maybe its the over production of Corn in Iowa, then converted into alcohol to dilute the gasoline that is causing the excess green house gasses.

Here in the Land Down Under , cruising in a roadster is better during winter rather than summer during the day , but night time cruising is just the best summer time . Actually all year round cruising is the best down here come to think of it . I just wanted to add my two bobs worth

On April 8, in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA it was 28 degrees at my house. 15 degrees in Big Bear. Yes it is a ski resort, but never been colder than 24 degrees.

LAX was 41 degrees. BURR.........Today it only got up to 61 with a drizzle all day.

They say 82 next week. Can't wait

UPDATE: just a few piles of snow here & there! Now if the RAIN WOULD JUST STOP.....MAYBE THEY COULD FIX THE POTHOLES!
