Is it typical for the interior windshield header center trim piece on a coupe to be chrome under the interior color paint? I believe this to be an original piece to the car. Also believe the paint to be original as shown by the two unpainted spots that are typical of original painted undersides of different parts.

65 coupe - painted natural steel. No chrome plating.Comment
