    Fresh Air Vent Box

I am close to finishing up a five year total ground up restoration on my 1965 Roadster when i discovered something that was very troublesom
when trying to install my fresh air vents to fine out someone has taking out the vent boxes, The ones that has the the vent door that opens in closes. , Is it possible for me to install these vent boxes now, I think they are bonded on with some type of cement glue, Is it possible for me to locate them, If so where.

Those outlet ducts were bonded to the outboard side of the cowl side panel off-line in the cowl & dash subassembly; you can see them in the photo at the bottom of page 20 in Noland's book. I'm not aware that anyone is reproducing them; you may need to cut them out of a donor car or cowl assembly.

John after looking at the photo that you sent me on the fresh air box that is exactly the way my boxes look , maybe i looked at it wrong i was thinking that it was something else that the vent doors mounted to.
