I'm sure that would depend on whose repos they are. Without knowing that or seeing some pictures I don't think you will get a correct answer to that question.

A knowledgeable judge will deduct. Repo's are not as thick. Also, finish is not the same. Most re-chromed bumpers will get a deduct because of a much better finish than GM ever provided. If you have the originals, have them re-chromed and take the deduct.
