    Radiator Shroud

Shroud #109, L46,C60, the shroud is below the frame cross member. From the center of the shroud to the right side, center to left side is fine. I installed the frame extensions as high as possible. I searched the archives, and found a thread stating the shroud didn't fit well. Possibly require leaving the extension off. This is a body off restoration, could this condition, require additional body mount shims.

Is that a replacement shroud?...The reason I ask is that I recall the C60 shroud having a much shorter extension filler than the close to 180 deg extension segment required for the shroud in the photo.

I would say negative on using body mount shims to adjust the fan shroud position. I would go with the factory frame shim counts unless body changes necessitated shim change to correct door gaps, etc.

I can't find any illustration in the AIM, but shims could probably be used between the radiator support and the front cross member to raise the entire front end including the radiator support. If the car had no shims there originally, I would only shim as a last resort...it may cause you other body problems.

The first step for me would be to reconfirm the correctness of the shroud, radiator support, and radiator components, examine the alignment of the lower radiator supports to support frame, etc. (studs on lower supports attach and position the shroud).
