66 Dash blinker bulbs

Are the headlight down and emergency brake warning lights both blinker bulbs on a 1966? Thanks for any info. Larry.....

They are on my 66, which may or may not be correct. I have not checked the owners manual. That or the TM&JG should confirm the operation.

Larry,

Yes, the headlight and emergency brake teletale bulbs are GE#257 blinker bulbs. Be careful with off brands as they may or may not blink at the same rate as good old American bulbs..

Also the pins on the housing itself on the imports may not seet in the holder well.

I would try and find some "real deal" GE #257 if I could.

'67 was the only midyear that did not use two 257 bulbs, only one on a '67.
