    66 Arm Rest Width

I have two armrests that go go between the seats. They both appear to be original. One has a width of 4.25 to the piping and the other is 5 inches. Which is correct for a 66?? Thanks

Based on an original armrest (IMO; somebody painted it black over the tan , no idea which C2 year), it measures 4_1/8 to 4_1/2, mostly 4_3/8" [center-to-center of piping] depending on if you follow the slight bulge or push it flat.
