Rear shock mount help

I have a 67 coupe I was putting the trailing arms and shocks back on the car last night and ran into a speed bump. Not sure if its me or what...this is what I have: The lower shock mount not the portion that connects the strut rod the one for the shock I have 2 thick washers or gromets I think the assemble manual calls then a thinner washer or gromet and a nut. The way I was putting it together is this way---

nut==thin washer==thickwasher{shock} thick washer...is this correct? I think it is the way it came off the old but the assembly manual shows another lock washer and there is no way I would be able to fit another washer...any help would be greatly appreciated before I go crazy..thanks..Jim

Here are pics of my 63 corvette standard suspension. I believe the attachment is the same for HD or standard suspension.

Attachment should be nut, lock washer, thin curved washer then rubber half, shock and rubber half again. Hope this helps..
