1964 Powerglide lower shifter boot

I am in search of the lower shifter boot for a 1964 powerglide coupe. No supplier seems to have this part. It was made under GM license at one time, but no longer available. There is a very good picture of it in the 1964 assembly manual on page D324 (hand written at top of page)section M35 sheet 10 (both at bottom of page) item #6. Apparently it is unique to the 64 Coupe and convertible equipped with the powerglide transmission. Any help is greatly appreciated.
