64 Rear Tail Lamp Removal

Does any one know a way to remove a tail lamp housing on a 64 without removing the muffler? Thanks

I seem to remember going in by taking off the license plate assembly (chrome & light) or spare tire tub. Good luck, Don H.

You can drop the valance panel which will require you to remove the exhaust tips. It's a little tight.
