63 repop tire question

Are any currently available repop tires for 63's any more desireable from a judging standpoint than anything else? Gotta' be black, and seems like I remember some issues with some of the repops not fitting in the spare tire carrier or is that just the later mid year sizes?

Hi Norris, check out the out side diameter of the tires, 27 1/2" is about max for a c2 tub (original). I have Coker BFG Silvertowns and they fit. The Firestone did not.

Dan is correct I think the BF Goodrich is the only repo that will fit in the tire tub.
