Hi Michael, was on Ebay back in January this year asking 110k out of Concord Ca...... A very nice car, but a little over restored ,too much detail on bolts nuts and such, which there is nothing wrong with that in my opinion.....

When it is presented as a 283/283 with Powerglide I begin to wonder about what else is mis-represented.

Michael, compare the VIN to the FI serial number and model number to determine if it "may" match up. Also, check the position of the FI emblems with a real one.

peculiar in that there are no pics of the top side of the engine . check the throttle bellcrank as the carb'd 57's have a flat stamped steel upper throttle arm whereas the fi throttle is significantly different. mike

The writeup on the car sounds like it was copied out of a book about Corvettes. Not much information specific to the car for sale.

Here is picture of car top half of engine when posted on ebay in 12-2010looks to me like someone took & detailed or revamped a really clean driver to a knotch up........really has to be personally inspected with this kind of asking price......
