It is my recollection that these stickers were put on early GM vehicles if prices had not yet been established but I could be wrong.

Clem, you can't see it from that picture -- but that "property of ...." card is dated 1968. I suspect one from 1963 would be different in some way. Perhaps nothing more than the date, but certainly at least that.
