1955 spare tire

on the 53 through 55 did the spare come with the tubing stone seals? do the judges look for these on the spare?

i also have a car that is very original with the inserts on the spare. on a car i took for judging i noticed there was no inserts and judges were not looking for them. it seems like a item that judges should be looking for since the tire has to be taken out of the car and inspected. also noticed that the original whitewalls on my car have a black area showing between the whitewall and rim, where later tires do not have a black area showing.
