62-Restoring Rear Female Hood Latches-Recommendations?

Any recommendations on a shop (preferable on the East Coast, but I am open) that can replate the rear female hood latches? (Cadmium with Gold hue)

Do they need to be fully disassembled to be plated?

I just cleaned mine off with a little soap and water. Going to leave that survivor look.

I cleaned mine off as well, but 99% of gold color on top is gone and the underlying silver is also weathered.. The underside looks great.
