Not a whole bunch of news to report just yet. We know Jetstream blue will go away and anticipate a new Carbon Black metallic paint. At least that's in the rumor mill. I don't anticipate much change.

The PIN program will not be a huge success at 5000.00

End of May will be the C5/C6 Bash that will show us the 2012 offerings.

I heard Jetstream Blue production ended on March 3. Of course I read that ont he Internet, and you know how much stock you can put in that.

Thanks Tom! A few weeks ago when I saw $5K I initially thought it will be an added admin. nightmare and will probably last just a few months. I "assume" the black granite is the same or very similiar to that on HHR's special edition a few years ago.

I have only seen one Jetstream Blue in the flesh. I was surprised Chevy chose that and orange for the carbon Z-06's. I hope they make the suede interior available on all.

Jetstream blue cars are still being built but they are no longer accepting orders for them. I have a Jetstream Z06 ordered for a friend of mine that just slipped in under the wire. It is scheduled to be built the week of 4-4.

Jetstream Blue (RPO: 85U) will end production early. The last Dealer Order Submission Process (DOSP) to submit orders with Jetstream Blue will occur during the cycle that starts Thursday, March 3, 2011, and ends Tuesday, March 8, 2011.

Also look for some sort of GM 100th anniversary package for the Corvette to pop up too !!

The blue Carbons are Supersonic Blue -- it is more gray than blue IMO. Jetstream Blue is more like (but different than) Nassau or Mulsanne -- more of a bright blue.

We will be there looking for NCRS folks. Hope they don't show too many new things. After last year I had to buy Nancy an Inferno Orange GS Convertible.

When Ray Krawczyk was at my place this past Saturday with a new Carbon Edition Z06 in Supersonic Blue the comment was made that it looked similar to Lynndale Blue from 1967. He readily admitted that LB was the color target that they had, but they missed it.

OK, OK I surender. I thought I would be able to go this year, but it is the same weekend as the Joplin Regional.

You could still go at the end of May................... It will be easier to get a hotel !!
