I just asked about the correct size batteryfor my 64 automatic /air car, now I hate to be so lazy to ask this instead of trying to get it out, BUT the battery is in the left front. It doesn't look like the battery will come out from the top, it looks like the brake line and the master cylinder come awful close. Do you remove the inner fender panel, remove the front wheel and come out throught the wheel well??

Re: Battery installation
Sorry dale, I haven't done the battery exchange yet. I ordered a Deco 7 year 24 group battery , hope to have it in a day or 2. I might not get to it this weekend. It should go pretty easy. I'll try to remember to post a reply when I do it.- Top
