I just had a reply back from the Bloomington Gold headquarters and they dont seem to have a copy either !!
Anyone can help here ???

Yes Tom ,
My car was there amongst the original Survivor car collection , particularly as this was the first year of the survivor category .
Just wanted a copy to go with the history of the car !!

A cortez silver convertible 69 L68 M21 with black top and black std trim . Do you recall this car ?? It was awarded and certified there aswell .
