The part number of the windshield wiper relay was GM #1115826. While this relay may have been used in PRODUCTION for 1969, it was discontinued for SERVICE in May, 1967 and replaced by GM #1115858. Regardless of what the AIM says, my expectation is that the 1115858 was used for some or all of PRODUCTION for 1969.
