73 convertible carpeting installation

Closing in on completing a frame off on a 73 conv. Can any one provide me with photos or diagrams of the carpeting in the rear area? How does it lay around the deck hinges and how is it cut around the deck strikers. I also need the routing of the dash harness. Thank you in advance for any help.

The 1970-72 judging guide has drawings of the rear carpet for those years. I would imagine that 1973 is similar. But let's not assume anything. Maybe Lyle Chamberlain will join in.

I can tell you from my experience that I had to find an original set as a template. No reproduction carpet has the area around the hinges and along the back just right.

I paid someone a few bucks to cut an sew it as it should be.

Luckily I knew someone that saved their original as a template since mine was not original by the time I got the car.
