I found an old 1964 Chevrolet Owners Protection Plan and was wondering what model Chevy it was from. I'm not that familar with 64 VIN # but looking on the C2 Registy and it doesn't appear this number belongs to a Corvette. Below is the info that was filled out in the owner identification:
