63 Steering coupler

I am in the process of replicating the chassis marks on my 63 chassis , and was wondering if anyone has a pic of the steering coupling marks from the factory,according to JM should be Blue/ and or yellow marks. Thanks, Ed

Any factory pics will likely show black goo over any marks that may be there. Maybe someone has pics of an original that has the goo washed off.

Tracy, I left my steering box and coupling un-painted, I believe the current JM says natural or painted ?? So if there were left natural I would expect the judges to look for paint dabs, as the JM says. I guess steering box is like the rear suspension black out question. some may have been blacked out, maybe some were not.I know there talk in the next revison of 63/64 things may change so I left myself room for change down the road.

Ernie Fry (Willcox Corvette) has documented many 63 chassis items at this location. No coupler, but the steering box is there.
