    69 Front Bumper Bolts

Does anyone have access to a 69 Standard Parts Catalogue which hopefully could provide me with sizing, dimensions, finish, possible head marking for the following 69 Front Bumper Bolts and washers:
    Part #'s:
    Bolt 9419075
    P. Washer 9419276
    L. Washer 103328

    Bolt 427559
    L. Washer 103321

    Bolt 9419077
    L. Washer 103322
    SPL. Washer 6256884
    Thanks
    Wes

I don't have a Standard catalog, but what you need can probably be found from AMK bolts. They make a lot of fastners for various applications that have correct finishes, dimensions and headmarks. They have an online and hard copy catalog. You can also contact Richard Fortier. He sells vintage hardware and is quite knowledgable in this area. He advertises in the Driveline.

      9419075: 7/16" NC X 1 1/4" Lg
      9419077: 7/16" NC X 1 1/4"Lg (Difference from 9419075 is not clear in notes)
      427559: 3/8" NC X 1 1/2" Lg

These bolt part numbers in 70 are Gr 5 with M and A headmarks (three radial lines). From other posts here, I suspect these headmarks will work on 69s as well.

All hardware is believed to have been black phosphate in 70. I should think the finishes would remain the same for same part numbers, but reports of zinc bumper bolts on original C3s persist...I can only tell you what was on ONE late 70.

My observation has been that cut lock washers come in at least three different grades from light duty to extra heavy duty...keep the lock washers with the respective bolts, or match appearance if you replace.
