    62 Power Windows Connector

I'm looking for a drivers side (5 wires) power window connector or some pins to repair a power window harness. I really only need 2 pins which I could salvage from an old harness.

I also need a small retainer clip (would like to get one, I could epoxy it) that holds the switch into the chrome bezel.

    Any help out there ?

Stephen, are you looking for the pins which attach to the wires? If I'm reading your question correctly, the pins are still available.

Thanks for the reply Las. I've managed to locate a complete connector from a harness that was scrapped. I have not received it yet but hope it's in good shape.

I had one broken terminal inside the connector. The connector body was also overheated and had warped. I did also salvage some terminals from an old 88 harness. The 84-89 P/W (and some seat control) all use the same terminal but use a larger gauge wire (and different connector).

The harness makers will not sell the P/W connectors or repair parts from the 61/62 cars but will sell the complete harness. It seems that for mid years up they do have repair parts and don't make you purchase the whole harness.
