I am reading the JM section 12/page 61 where it talks about the Exhaust manifold dating and states:
Exhaust manifolds (except original 1962 3797901 and 902) normally contain casting dates (month & day only) on inboard cylinder head side and .........
Does this mean that 1962 manifolds do not have a date or have the month/day/year?
I am looking at my manifolds and all I see on the back side is:
3797901 = is 901 on one end and 901 over 942 on the other end
3797902 = is 902 on one end and 902 over 942 on the other end. There is also a 1 by it self between the back 2 ports.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Tony
