Difficult to say, but the rest of the car looks pretty much stock.

Yes, it has to be. That's one of the rare '65s to receive a '67BB hood at the factory. Not sure about the big shiny thing sticking through it though, that might be dealer installed.

I love the look ,but I do believe it needs a luggage rack to be complete.

You can bet it's Lacquer!!!!! That car got a Top Flight at the last Regional and is going for a Duntov at the National!
