Who do you trust to restore or purchase original coils from?

For reasons from whom not to buy, do a search for "goat hill."

I believe Corvette Specialties of Maryland reproduces these. There is some discussion on whether the reproduction is accurate.

You need a 107 if it's a fuelie.

All '63-'64 SHP/FI engines used the 091 coil with the 0.3 ohm ballast; 1962 was the last year the 107 was used in FI engines.
