    Mystery numbers on 65 coupe windshield

    Hey folks, looking for a little help. If you will go to Youtube and watch a video titlled "Gus Grissom music video" about halfway through the video there is a snap shot of Gus sitting in a green 65 coupe. On the windshield of the car there is a strip of tape with the number "249" written on it. Does anyone know what that is reference to? I have my theory let me hear yours. Thanks, Marc

      Might be a dealer's stock number.
