    Coil Spring Id

    How can I determine if the coil springs from my 67 BB non air coupe are the originals? The ID tag is long gone. Thanks.

      Joseph,

      Original springs were a varible rate (coils at top were spaced closer than the coils at the bottom..see picture) If you have a pair of calipers that can measure the wire thickness, then post it here along with the overall length and number of coils.

      Someone should be able to ID what you have.
