    67 BB Engine Paint Help

    On a 67 427/400 engine were both the vacuum pipe clip and throttle return spring clip both installed on the intake manifold during orange engine painting? If so, then they both should have overspray along with the intake bolts, correct? Is it fair to say that the ignition shield supports (LH & RH) were not installed prior to paint?

      The ignition shield supports should be semi-gloss black; they were installed at St. Louis.
