That may be, but registration was based on server time, not "your" time.

I checked - changed my time to GMT last evening and it didn't make one bit of difference. I still had to wait for the server time.

One of the REALLY good things about the club's coming into the 21st century with on-line registration is we no longer relagate our international members residing outside North America to the 'bottom' of the feeding chain when in comes to signing up for meets!!!!

After talking with John, a second time, we pretty much had it resolved. Rob had come to the same conclusion, but I had already made my post. Sorry if I misspoke, because it really took both of them to figure out that my password, which had always been capitalized, was for some reason now lower case. Seems to be working now, and I have gotten registered. #50.

Didn't get chance to register until around 1700 EST - will drive my 1963 Z06 "LADY" for Duntov display and on the Proving Grounds track - #61 registered - when I called both host hotels was told rooms were all booked!

I just reserved for the Doubletree, no problems except that whoever set up the group rate didn't include Friday night.

I'll see if I can fix that.

FYI - you can also reserve the Crowne Plaza online if you only want a King bed room using the discount code. I just tried - rooms still available.

Patrick, FYI - I have same issue as Rick at the Double Tree. Group rate until Fri and then it goes up to $254 for Fri & Sat. Gary....

since reservations told me all rooms for NCRS were booked at Crowne Plaza, and DoubleTree wanted outrageous price for Friday/Saturday, I did end up getting a room ath the Crowne Plaza, but "cheated the system" if you will and used KAYAK and found best available room - have an "executive suite" at almost same rate as advertised for NCRS rooms starting Monday and checking out Sunday AM

Yes, I got the same thing from Double Tree. What gives? If that is supposed to be the host hotel, how come they more than double the rate for Fri. since the awards dinner is Fri., so everyone will have to stay Fri. night? Sounds like they know they have you locked in, so screw you. Sat. is debateable, but Fri. should be at the $99 rate the same as the rest of the week.

One more thumbs up has to go to our National Judging Chairman, Roy Sinor! If you notice while registering your car, there is a small block for prerequisites. It will only allow entry if you haven't met your requirements. Which translates to Roy doing a fantastic job keeping track (of some 15,000+ members) and his outstanding organizational skills!

Seem to have trouble registering online. When I add 2 people for GM tour it does not add the 100.00 to the total same for secured parking and non member guest fee. Anyone else having this problem. How can I get help, helpline does not address this. Thanks Jim
