Trim Plate Deciphering on a Non-Corvette

This is NOT for a Corvette but I would bet that someone in NCRS would have the information which I am seeking.

I am in the process of documenting and deciphering the trim plate on a 1975 Chevy. I can decipher all that is on the first and second lines but cannot decipher the code after the body build code (04C = April, 4th week) on the third line. It is: 08-1759 . I suspect it is some sort of option code. Anyone know?

I also cannot decipher anything on the fourth line: 19430C FUL . Does anyone know what this designates?

      Clark,
If it is anything like the Chevelle trim tags one of the number groups is a Fisher body job ID to which no one has been able to attach any meaning. Chevelle tags also have a second group of numbers, but I can't at the moment remember what they are supposed to relate to, but those also provide no information.

Wouldn't 04C be the third week of April?

If it will aid in finding the information, the car is a rare '75-1/2 Cosworth Twin Cam. I am putting together the same information about this car (I bought new in May, '75) as I did with my '65 Sting Ray (I bought two years ago).

I have attached a photo of the intake side of the car's Cosworth EAA engine, stock from the factory. -Clark
