1965 Corvette Tires , Judging

Having car judged and wanted to know in what condition should the rubber tires be prior to judging. They are new correct 2 ply tires and have the blue wash/film protecting the white wall strip.... should this blue film be removed?

Question#2... I know NOT to use any sort of tire shine! The tires do have a natural factory white sort of film showing on the black rubber... should all this film residue be wipped off?

Question#3... should there be any chalk/expection markings on the tires ?

"Normal" dealer prep generally removed the blue protective film and any chalk marks on the road tires; just wash/clean them like you normally do, without any "dressings".
