67 hardtop rear window cleaning
Has anyone used the polish kit that cleans faded headlight covers on a plexiglass rear window?

I recently removed some preatty ugly scratches in the rear hardtop window of my 66 with good success. I used 600, 1000, then 2000 grade wet emery to remove the worst of the scratches then polished with Meguiar's plastx. I was happy with how it turned out. It takes a little elbow grease and patience. If your just polishing I think Meguiar's or the other brand that has been recommended here would work. The only problem you need to be aware of when using emery paper even fine to any extent for a scratch is that it will deform the plexiglass in that area of the window. My car is a driver and not one that I would have judged so for my purpose to get rid of the scratches I was satisfied with the results.Comment
