Dupont released it's 58th Global Automotive Color Popularity Report. I've compared the figures for 1965 Corvettes to Dupont's current global figures.

Blue___ 25.6% then, 5% now
Green__ 16.0% then, 2% now
Red____ 15.7% then, 6% now
Maroon_ 12.0% then, not appl. now
Silver_ 10.8% then, 26% now
White__ 9.4% then, 16% now
Grey_____not appl., 16% now
Yellow___5.4% then, 1% (now; incl. gold)
Black___ 5.1% then, 24% (now; incl. black effect ?)

interesting study Wayne.
Proves what I have surmised over the last some years.
The colors i.e. blue, green, yellow, and red are not nearly as popular
on cars today as are the non-colors, i.e. grey, silver, white and black.
I still like the colors best.
